If you have been advised by the surgery to submit an annual review of your asthma symptoms, please complete our Asthma Review form. If your symptoms are deteriorating or you are having any concerns please make an appointment with our nurse.
If you have been advised by the surgery to submit a contraceptive pill review, please fill in the Contraceptive Pill Review form.
Our practice nurse is available for travel advice and all immunisations. For patients intending to travel during their gap year, please see a nurse 3-6 months before the intended date of travel. The practice is a designated centre for Yellow Fever vaccination. For more information please visit our Travel Room.
A phlebotomist comes to the surgery each Wednesday and Saturday morning for all routine blood tests. To enquire about your blood test results please use our Test Results triage.
All doctors provide full antenatal and postnatal care with the assistance of the community midwife. The clinic is held on Wednesdays between 10:00 and 12:00.
Our practice nurse holds a baby immunisation clinic on Wednesday mornings.
Diphtheria, Tetanus and Polio is now one combined injection.
Tetanus – A full course – three injections over six months for those not previously immunised. (Requires a booster every ten years with a maximum of five doses in a lifetime).
Polio – A full course – three doses over six months for those not previously immunised and for those exposed to a continuing risk of infection i.e. foreign travel. (Requires a booster every ten years).
