Extended Opening Hours

We now have pre-bookable phlebotomy and HCA appointments available each Saturday morning between 08:30 and 10:00. Please note that these are not routine appointments and are intended for use by patients who cannot attend during normal working hours due to work commitments.

During these extended opening hours, the surgery will be open only for those patients who have booked appointments. The surgery will not be available for emergencies or other services (such as collection of prescriptions). Our out of hours service, ThamesDoc, will take all calls during extended opening hours.

Out Of Hours Service

Between 18:30 and 08:00 Monday to Friday and all day at weekends and on Bank Holidays, you will be advised calls NHS 111.

Out of hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and/or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
