We are delighted to announce that we will be moving into the new building on Thursday the 5th and Friday the 6th of May.
Due to the work involved with the moving process on the 5th and 6th of May, we require any requests for assistance on both days to be via the website on Packers Surgery.
If you are unable to access the internet you can contact the surgery by phone on 01344 842951.
Patients who require an emergency face to face appointment, once assessed by one of our clinicians by phone, will be seen by one of our clinical team at the urgent treatment centre in St Peter’s Hospital.
Please do not visit the surgery on either day for safety reasons.
Please can you contact us for any routine or non-urgent requests and prescription requests before the 5th of May or when we are open for normal business services on the 9th of May.
